Still waiting for a refund

A guy called me one night and after more than an hour of trying to convince me, i agreed to pay 250 US$ for their website of gambling and casino. According to that guy, there was nothing to lose since there was a 30 days full refund warantee.

After I hanged up, I changed my mind and called back the day after to cancel everything. The people i was talking with were telling me that they were not able to do anything for me, that a manager would call me. Nobody called me. I finally reached Phil Heinrichs and he assured me that my refund would be made shortly. That was on June 8th, which is 3 months ago and I am still waiting for my money. Of course, when I try to reach the company, there is no way to talk to a real person to know what is going on.
