Ripoff, fake company, does not provide service advertised Internet

CIS Worldwide will take your money and will not provide the search services that it advertises. IF you send a message to support you will get an automated response saying that CIS gives you everything you need. When in fact it only sends to you to other websites that you have to pay for membership. They say that they cannot guarantee that they will provide you with all the info, and that it is clearly stated in their disclaimer page. What they don't say is that they won't give you any info with having to pay more money for it.
