Rebate ripoff won't send me my confirmation email to print out rebate or respond to support help emails

I purchased a laptop at tigerdirect.com. The laptop came with a $100.00 rebate. All I would have to do is to go to onrebate.com and fill out the forms, have a confirmation email sent to me with a tracking number so I could print out my rebate.

The problem is I can't get my confirmation email to arrive to be able to print out my rebate. I have entered the information 6 different times. I have emailed onrebate.com's support/help email a myriad of times and have not received one response from them.

I finally emailed tigerdirect.com and asked if they could help me. They at least gave me a phone number to call. Well, I called the number was on hold for 1/2 hour, my lunch and I had to give up and go back to work. I tried again in the evening and again on hold until finally I hear if I would like to make a call please hang up!

You only have a certain time limit to mail in your rebate before it expires. Mine will expire in less than a week now and I have been trying for two weeks solid to get a confirmation email from these people.

What a major disappointment. I was so happy to be able to get $100.00 back from my purchase and now it seems I won't be able to because of poor business practice from this company. I was going to purchase another laptop from Tigerdirect.com but sadly as they use onrebate.com it is going to stear me away from them.

I work hard for my money as most do, and $100.00 is not pocket change to me. I am very angry, upset and frustrated by the lack of consumer help from this company and how there is nothing it seems you can do to get what is due to you.

They make it seem so easy to get your rebate. I suppose it is, if you actually do get to print out the form you're suppose to send in. All I want is my rebate I'm entitled to.
