Ripoff ordered dvds billed but never received product never replied to emails

I've had an order pending with this website since may-june of they biled me and never sent the dvds, never replied to my emails telling them about either sending me my merchandise or refunding my money (rtvd customer service. Macrin Sosa, maalso@sbcglobal.net). They are total rip-off artists.
