Does not refund money per 100% moneyback guarantee, does not return emails, product is poor quality Ripoff

I purchased the ebook "How an Overworked, Traveling, Soggy Sandwich Eating Dental Hygieniest Made up to $11,212.00 a Month—100% Online" from Janiece V. Smith for $39.95.

It's supposed to teach you "secrets" of finding profitable product to sell on Ebay. Her only method for finding product is to call the manufacturer directly. You can get the same information from a book at the bookstore that costs less than half of her ebook, and the bookstore book contains a ton of valuable information that hers doesn't.

Her website at expressprofitsonline.com promises a 100% money back guarantee. She even writes it in her own handwriting!

When I tried to get a refund via her website, the refund link leads to a dead end, but it does give a physical address in Taft, California. I wrote to this address requesting a refund, plus sent an email requesting a refund and haven't gotten a response to either one of those.

What's really troubling is that when you purchase her ebook, it looks as if the purchase is going through Clickbank. However my bank statement shows that the purchase went through "Cybercode Worldwide" which an internet search shows is owned by Janiece V. And Monty Smith. I think they are using the Clickbank payment page as a front to get your payment information. I have notified Clickbank of this.

After not getting a response to my requests for a refund (and also the poor quality of the book) I suspected this was a scam and a search of the internet shows that others have been ripped off by Janiece V. Smith at www.expressprofitsonline.com too.
