Had shop on their site, sold item, they refuse to pay me ripoff

People's warehouse is a site that allows others to open e-shops where they can sell hand made items to the public. Buyers pay people's warehouse and then people's warehouse pays the seller less commission. I had such a shop selling silk flower arrangements. I sold one and People's warehouse refuses to pay me.

They were reported to BBB and sent them a response that they paid me when they did not. Based upon the turnover of shops on the site I suggest they might be doing this to many people. They kept postponing payment to me for one reason after another, claimed more than once that they mailed payment when they did not, and in general are very manipulative and deceptive in their problem resolution skills.

When I opened the shop they indicated they were only set up to make direct deposit into my bank account and requested a blank unsigned check which I sent them as well as banking information. I did write VOID on the check thank goodness, Now they claim they "choose" not to make a direct deposit and mailed me a check to the wrong address which was eturned and voided by their bank - or at leastr that is what they claim. When I indicated it was the wrong address and corrected the address, they refused to send it to the right address saying they needed proof that I was me:-)

When I indicated I am listed in the telephone book under that address, they refused to accept that as viable.incredible! I have to question now why they wanted the banking information and blank check if it was not going to be used.

I really think the negative behavior to which I was subjected is possibly the tip of the iceberg. There are many shops on their site and I have to question what they are doing with all those other people.
