Ripoff, stole money, sent me nothing. Answerd emails at first told me to wait 72 hours for porssesing time (just long enough for my credit card to clear) then stopped answering emails

Jason Saakes is a bi*h. I ordered a Titanium Zippo from him after he told me that he had it in stock. Then when i noticed that the money was taken from my credit card, I emailed him and asked when it will be shipped he said it would take 72 hours for processing time then he would send me the tracking info. So I waited a week and nothing. Emailed him 4 times and no reply. I just want my money back and have no idea how to get it.
