Web Site Scam, Once You Buy, You're Left High and Dry ripoff

I purchased a web site from DropShippingWholesalers.com about 6 months ago.

I purchased a estore web site and was attracted to the product on offer as I am a novice in this area and DropShipping Wholesaler's claim that No Programming Needed seemed attractive. Soon after purchasing my web site it became apparent that no changes could be effected on the web site by me and this remains the case to date.

The bottom line is that Dropshipping Wholesalers and Nick Destefano have not delivered the web site I purchased and have not yet corrected the very substantive inadequacies in the web site.

This is despite a number of email requests by me to Nick Destefano over the last several months and despite the fact that I continue making subscription payments in good faith to Sturdy Hosting, also I believe operated/owned by Mr Destefano, in the hope that problems will soon be corrected.

It appears that I am left with an inoperative website, a waste of my dollars and of cyberspace. Sadly it seems I am not alone in this.
