Accounts Limited for Me and My Daughter After Repeated Faxes

PayPal has limited not only my account but also my daughter's, with no explanation. I have faxed them all the documentation they asked for at least 5 times. Anyway, to cut a long story short, they emailed me that I cannot appeal. I sent an email to The Sun newspaper with a link to the paypalsucks website, copied and pasted it to PayPal, and they have now sent me an email apologizing for the bad customer service I received from them. But they say that I have not faxed the information they asked for, and that I can phone them, which I did.

I told them, yes, I emailed the Sun newspaper, and if my money is not released I will send the other 15 emails I have in my draft folder to other newspapers and media companies. I have to phone them back tomorrow. I have my fingers crossed that this can be sorted, but if more people threatened PayPal or actually took them to court, then this situation with PayPal might get sorted. Also, why oh why won't eBay let the new online payment service from Google called Checkout use their site? I believe they are afraid that Checkout (which doesn't charge as much as PayPal) will be more honest than PayPal. I will keep you updated on this situation.
