They took money out of my account without my permission and refuse to give it back

I subscribed to newspaperarchive.com in 2005 and agreed at that time to let them take money out of my account for the 2006 year for a subscription. When it came time to renew my account, I was not notified - they have my email address, telephone number, snail mail address - and did not bother to contact me. Newspaperarchive.com took money out of my account to pay for the 2007 subscription and they claimed it was my responsibility to keep on top of this account and they refuse to give me my money back. They are not reasonable at all and have no concern nor regard for their membership.
