Automated Calls Demand $81 for Packages I Never Ordered

LTD Commodities has been making automated phone calls to my number asking me to call a long distance number. When I call they say I owe them money and the calls will continue until I pay them $81. I never ordered anything from them and they cannot tell me who signed for the packages they say were delivered to my address.
Writing a cease communication letter citing the FDCPA will not work because they aren't a collector, they are the original creditor. This is pure harassment designed to extort money from me. Never never order from these scammers!!!
