Ripoff This company is ripping people off I have had $159.95 taken out of my account

This company took money out of my account with out authorization. I have never visited their website. Who in their right mind would get a debit card mailed to them and pay for it, to only have to apply money to it to use it. Most people have bank accounts and almost all banks do free checking now with NO cost to get a debit card. I called the company and compained and they told me I authorized it! No way shape or form did I... I told the woman I wanted my voice recording, my signature or something to prove what she was saying. They could not provide me with it. You can email them all day, call all day and they will avoid you. Once I did get intouch with them 3 days later of the charge they tell me they will investigate and it could take up to 30 days to send me a check. Oh no I didn't get it taken out with a check it came out automatically and I want it put back automatically... The police dept has even seen on the site that others have complained about these people. Never view their site. The lady told me they have my IP address to prove I made the authorization. Of course they have my IP address after I emailed them 20 times to get someone to call me...
