Big Ripoff And Waste Of Money

I joined Square Trades auction seal program for supposedly 30 days supposedly for free

They are a (business)? That will put a seal and sellers shipping, payment info etc on your auctions

Just because you pay them over a 100.00 for a years membership they will put a seal (icon) on you auctions telling your customers they can trust you?

They claim to also help you dispute anything on your auctions such as a non payer etc (heres the catch, you have to pay them extra to open a dispute)?

It was very easy for me to obtain a seal a few personel questions and thats all (how is that showing buyers they can trust me)? Thre are also other criteria like good feedback but basicilly it was very easy to obtain a seal in their program

Heres the best part i signed up for their 30 days free and actually canceled and they billed my credit card anyway!

I even emailed them telling them i canceled and they send back this automated email saying" if you would like to stop selling you can deactivate your seal and activate it when you decide to sell again"? They can not even take the time to read my email? How plainly can you phrase it? I told them to take that charge off of credit card i am not interested in your program.

Emailed again and still same stupid automated email response

I even called them at their 1 800 number and after going through a simple menu i was put on hold! And then after a few minutes i got a message saying "that member is not available please leave message"?

This is suppose to be a business?

Well I know I will never see my credit card credited for that charge but just thought i would share that information with everyone
