America Online ripoff AOL says 3 months for a refund!

I read my credit card statement and noticed a $25.90 charge. I did open an account, but at the same time i changed my mind and told the CSR to cancel. Then he said okay, but a couple of days later i get charged. So i called and they said they would refund my money within 3 billing cycles, 3 months, i said, i want it applied immediately and they said " our policy is any refunds take that amount of time". Well they certainly got their money right away, so i want mine the same way!!!
