I went to (a website) and searched for UV pet tent. Handsnpaws had a good price but I had not ordered from them before. I reviewed their site and read that they had been around awhile and had been on 'The View' I went ahead and ordered the tent on 06/10.

On 06/22 my order was still showing as 'pending' on the -check order status - link. I sent the following to their online customer service, "I ordered this item on 06/10/06 and the order still does not even show 'complete' how much longer do I have to wait for my item? This is my first time ordering with you and I took a chance. I am thinking now I should have ordered this item from a vendor that I had more experience with."

On 06/23 I got the following response, "Ok. Order from another vendor then."

How does a company with such amazingly horrible customer service expect to keep customers? I suppose they figure via the net there will always be a 'new' customer to take the place of one that they treated poorly.

I believe that they realized that they were offering the item at the lowest price and by stalling everyone would cancel then they could raise the price for subsequent orders. Good for their bottom line I suppose and I wouldn't fault a company for trying to make money but I didn't tell them to sell it to me at $X price they set the purchase price! Plus now they have my credit card information! That really concerns me! I actually reported the card 'lost' and got a new one as I do not trust this company with that information.

I am still amazed at the rude response that I got from them and I forwarded this info to all my email contacts and if even a few continue to forward it on I feel better if I am able to keep even a few people from ordering from such a horrible company.
