Vonage.com Wanted to end service, before about an hour on phone, I was disconnected!

We is the last email that I sent them!

I have tried and tried and tried to end vonage service!
The only thing I figured that would work would be to
change my bank account. Your records should show
you that I have never used your service! Now that
you are not receiving money, perhaps I can now
stop paying for a service that I am not using.
