Dryout, Inccoporated did not return phone calls

On 6/26/06, my basement had quite a bit of water in it due to terrible storms. On 6/27, I started searching online for a company that could clean my basement and I found Dryout. At 3:00 pm, I phoned Dryout with regard to them cleaning up my basement. I was told that I would receive a call back within 20 minutes. I never received a call. I then called them again at 5:10 and was told the same thing. Again, no call.in my opinion, it is very unprofessional to not even return a call. If you don't want my business, just call and say so. Don't ignore me.
