Ripoff, email spam, can't unsubscribe Internet

I cannot stop beartrapping.com AKA Gary Niederhelman from sending me the email message saying I have unread email at beartrapping.com. Its a site for gay males and I'm not even a male, someone must have signed up using my email address but the email being sent to me cannot be stopped. There seems to be no way to opt out of this site once someone has signed you you up.

If anyone has been successful in getting their email address removed, please tell me how you did it.
