Will not refund your money! Ripoff West Palm Beach Florida

I agreed to a 1 year membership with this company on June 19th. After looking at the lack of availability of Video titles I immediately sent an email (the only method of contact with this company) and requested a refund. I have had $188 charged to my credit card and probably will never receive this refund as I have been stonewalled for the past week from this company. I discovered another website www.dvdrr.com and learned that this company has a reputation for poor service. I want to warn anyone that may read my words to save their money!
