Absolutely, hands-down, the worst DVD rental company out there. Ripoff

Intelliflix offers a one year subscription to their service, which I made the mistake of signing up for in December. I paid over $100 for a year long membership. I joined Intelliflix based on their policies, and their self-promotion, in which they promised 3 day shipping. That is an unequivocal, outright lie. It's an advertising ploy to get people to sign-up, once they have your money, they ship titles at their leisure.

I have never received a DVD within 3 days from Intelliflix.in fact, it has been as long as 14 days between the time I ship a DVD back, and the time I get a new one. I have complained several times about how they just completely ignore their own policies, and I get either automated responses, or support staff repeating their shipping policies, policies which they have ignored.

Avoid this company like the plague. It's obvious that it's a poorly managed, inept, unprincipled company that relies solely on new customers, and not return customers. Save yourself some grief, and look elsewhere for DVD rentals.
