Ripoff, fraud, glass art, no response, ignore, lie

I placed an order for one piece of glass on may 24th. I placed another order for one more piece of glass on may 26th. Order number one took over two weeks to ship and when it arrived it, quite simply, was not what I had ordered. I sent it back as per the conditions stated for return on the NWGA web sight.

Order number two was a different story with the same sad end result. This order I placed on the 26th of may. Two days after I placed this order and at least two weeks before it shipped I began trying to cancel it. I wrote repeated emails asking to cancel this order. I wrote an email almost everyday for 2 weeks. I never recieved even a single response. This order shipped anyway. I might have even kept this piece except that when it arrived it too was not as pictured on the sight. So I sent it back in accordance with the return guidelines outlined on the NWGA website.

The entire time from when I placed my first order to now I have been writing emails and trying to illicit a response from this company. I have never recieved even one email from this company. The only evidence I have that this company recieved the emails I sent was that my email address was promptly updated on their sight each time I wrote from a different address.

It has now been nearly three months since I placed my first order. I have never recieved any corespondance relating to my returns. The return policy on the sight is return if not satisfied for full refund.
