Bluehippo - Bluhippo Funding computer ripoff

I was ripped-off by this company.
I paid $124.00 one time fee for software as of Mar and the $42.00 weekly for 6 weeks, the total cost being $2,306.96. Never recv'd the unit and they put this on my credit as a bad debt.

Then they turned the account over to a Law firm. I've tried on countless attempts to get my money back w/no luck. I was never told that payments were non-refundabe. I recv'd the paperwork-confirmation letter about (5) wks after the first payment. I have been tryig every since.
