Ripoff —cannot get thru to the compony

I had to restore my computer after my keyboard droped. Lost most of info and had to restore my computer.

Could not get bonzibuddy back. Tried everthing. Then i remembered i had downloaded the receipt of sales.

Looked for the number to call, i call and automated voice.
They told to go online and they would be able to answere any question i had and would surely be able to help me out

I did as they said and could not get thru to them. Tried
another way and got thru. All i got was crap about free gifts. Could get nothing else about anything.

So all of a sudden this consumer complaints cam up. I read it
and i am making out my own report out.
