Lean life charged me 99.00 under false pretenses. I fallowed the canelation instructions by internet and when called to fallow up I got the run around. Then was told that the first shipment can not be reimbursed... I just canceld future shipments. I hassled them daily explaining that I hadn't received it yet and want a refund. I recieved it about a month and a half late and sent it back like they suggested. "couldn't reimburse me until they get their product back, so wait until it is recieved and send it back through a trackable method" I did that... Waited... Waited. Then called to see about my refund and they said their system is down and can't see any info regarding that area. The system has been down for 4 weeks now.
