Makes you pay COD, then sends shirts they wiped the floor with! Ripoff Clinton Iowa

I would have left this whole issue alone had the owner of this establishment not hung up on me several times. The experience started out well enough.

I ordered 500 shirts from this vendor. Now, we decided it wasn't shady that they demanded COD and were unequipped to take a credit card. We were trusting people. All was going well until we got the shirts.

Then we got slapped in the face. It was clear the they had stacked the shirts before they were dry and there was smears of screen print all over the other shirts. Even worse some of the shirts looked like they had been laid on an extremely dirty floor, but shipped anyway.

When I called them to ask how they would like to address our concerns, they asked us to send the shirts back so they could take a look. Never heard back. When I called they said " we sent out replacement shirts some time ago. What? You haven't gotten them?" I asked for a tracking number and they said they'd get back to me. I insisted. They hung up. 3 TIMES!

So not only did they lie about sending the shirts, they don't even have the b*l*s to admit it. And the rudeness knows no bounds!
