Ripoff and fraud

I got a free subscription over 6 months ago for my husband for sports illustated, when i got a renewal i thru it away, thinking that would be the end of it.
Instead yesterday i noticed on our bank statement a debit on my credit card for $39.99 to sprots illustrated.
Tried everything to contact these people, nothing, so today my daughter talkedto sports illustrated live online and they said we have an account, under my husband's e-mail address and we have no idea how that happened, where they got it or better yet how they got our bank account info.

When question the woman became hostile, we still have no idea how they got our bank account #, this is very scarey. When my daighter pushed, the lady became even more angry and told her it would be handled in 10-12 weeks. My husband is a vice president of a bank and he says no 10-12 weeks about it and has now stopped all proceeding on this account. This is a very scarey situation and i want people to know do not get a trial magazine that says free!
