I recently used the "FREE" AOL trial and was told over the phone that I had 1000 hours of free service. I did not even use the 1000 hours. I might have used 10 at the most. I just wanted the free service to find a cheeper online service.
I must have talked to 5 or 6 people who work for aol and no one told me that I would be charged for this "FREE" service. I found this out when I got an over drawen notice in the mail from my bank saying I had a withdrawal from my account for $28.90 witch put me overdrawan.
I had to put a stop payment on anything else comming from AOL witch cost me $20.00 plus I had the overdrawan fee of $22.00. AOL has credited my bank account the $28.90 but refuses to pay the $42.00 in fee they cost me. That might not be a lot of mony to some people but it mine and I want it back!
