Ordered 50cc dirtbike, 90cc ATV, and gear package — everything wrong or doesn't work.

Dirtbike had cracked carb and electrical shorts, never got it started. ATV looked like a 50cc but we verified it was a 90cc. But wrong color and very poor quality. Many, many attempts before starting.

Gear package - no gloves (were to be included); helmet - too small, boots - wrong size.

No return policy; regardless if the items are what you ordered or are defective. Never received an invoice, packing slip, or receipt; except credit card bill. Requested receipt via email and phone messages at least 5 times.

Never answer phone. Answering service will disconnect you. Not until we disputed the purchase with our credit card company and the money was credited back to our account, did the merchant, TGT, then contact us. Then their response was to arrest us the next day for being in possession of stolen goods!!!

We finally were able to return dirtbike, helmet, boots and receive credit. Paid balance due by check. We have cancelled check. Still have not received boots and gloves. One month later, TGT bills our credit card company again for the full amount! Credit card company cannot help because the dispute time frame has expired!

So... We paid twice! And no one will answer the phone or return our calls. Never, Never do business with TGT Companies in Altamonte Springs, Florida.
