Ripoff non-responsive lied decieved false promises guarantee

This company "GUARANTEE" is that after you become a "paid affiliate", you just sit back and they advertise for you and they Guarantee at least 25 paid subscribers within 90 days.

I paid the $2,999.99 "franchise fee", wired it from my bank to theirs on 3/14 and waited and waited and waited.

I began to email their support email address, but had very little response, but the only 2 times they replied - they basically ignored and didn't answer my main question (s).

I even tried calling their toll-free # numerous times just to get a voice-mail to leave message, but never received a return call. Then, after about 1-2 months they just disconnected the # all together.

I am Very frusterated and would like to take some legal action against them if possible, just to recover my $3,000.00 lost to them.
