LOST $365 dollars, I need my money back from this criminals, HELP!

In Febuary I signed up at Nationalbenefitagency.com, had a call back in a day. I paid 365.00 thru a third party company for a supposed grant writing package. I sent the package back within the next day as requested, and waited. They received it on March 19th of this year, however they said it went to the lawyers and I needed to wait 3 months to get it back from them. I waited 4 months and started calling them, then they answer in a couple of times and told me they didnt receive the report yet from the lawyers, but call me next week. I have been calling and leaving messages every week, now their inbox is full and I still haven't received any report. I want this company to give me back my money! I filed with the BBB, and the Attorney General of Michigan, all to no avail. The third party company states they only guarantee up to 3 months the payment, so after that is nothing to do, then I went to my bank and they said they cant do anything because the payment was done more than six months back. MONEY LOST This is a scam, of the worst kind. Somebody need to help us!!!
