Scam! Watch out! Charging fees when service not being used! Ripoff

I ordered a CD from this company which claims they will show you how to create a web - site which they will host and get you started in the online auction biz. I was under the impression that the CD was FREE (just pay $1.87) for shipping. Well they charged the shipping fee and then began to charge me a monthly fee of $54.95 when I had not activated my account or used their service.

When I inquired on May 12, the very rude and abrupt "Customer Service" representative would not answer my questions or credit me for these illegal fees.instead he was evasive and cut me off by hanging up on me. I called back within minutes and there was a voice mail stating that nobody was in the office. Isn't that interesting?

So watch out becuase this sounds like a scam!!!
