Internet 800-243-9726 FL ripoff, unexpected and CONTINUING CHARGES to my bank account. Do I need my lawyer?

An initial $1 charge was an unexpected nuisance. Called "customer service" & was "unsubscribed." Now I find another charge, this one for $5.
Just found your sight, and all of my peers that have come before me. "Customer Service" is an answering service.
Should I be contacting my lawyer? He does so enjoy this type of thing.
