Ripoff never recd product no contact from company

I received a gift card from a business associate through this service. I redeemed it (per online instructions) and was told I would receive a debit card for Lowe's worth $100. This was on 3/26.

I have received nothing. I have called and left telephone messages. The answering machine is now full and will not accept any further messages. The "live online help" is always closed. I have sent numerous emails and have received no replies.

I will also file with the BBB for this company. It is interesting that the site is still up and looks operational (thereby, still collecting money from people).

This sucks. I hope other people don't see the site and use their service. You will lose your money!
