Ripoff my account without permission on the internet philippines

My account was charged $99.95 plus additional $59.95 as well. Without my permission. I have called their 800-649-4065 number they will not give you any info. All they do is put a special request in for you. Nothing ever happens. All i want is my money back. What i did was we went online to download free music got their website they said that they charge $1.00 a month. Scam don't do it.
