Homes ripoff, dishonest billing, failure to delive

I am a realtor who was contact be homes.com with offer of delivering high web traffic volume and sales leads via a website created for me as the user. The sales person (of course) promised the moon and the stars.

The 1st issue was that I was told that the service worked much like overture, which provides instant search engine placement and that my site would be up and running in 2 day. After 4 days of nothing, I contacted their support via phone (Corie). Needless to say, my phone call was not returned for a week.in their defense, it was explained to me that it actually took 5 business days to activate, this was mis-information told to us by the sales person who was new.

At the time of set up, on speaker phone with the entire office listening, we were told that the ONLY charge was going to be $300 for a 3 month trial. You probably guessed. They charged an addition $100 11 days later. I contacted tech support to see why they charges my Credit card again and I was told that there is a $100 monthly charge in addition to the $300 "set up" fee.

There was never ay mention of such monthly fees by the sales agent. I had ever verbally asked "are there any additional fee?" on speaker phone and the whole office heard no, only the $300 for 3 months.

So in short I have paid $400 so far and in return I get 2 hits per day on my website, I am not able to find the so called listing in the search engines.
