Scandalous money hungry thieves! Fraudulent activity

I was trying to get a background check as this was what i read on the website for intelius, i paid $7.95 and within one minute was given a variety of different individuals by the name i submitted. I was then prompted that for a complete check i could pay $19.95 and get more info, so playing into there little game i did. NOT JOKING, it took LESS than 30SECONDS for an answer to pop up stating there wasn't any information for this individual. I was pissedand emailed them which i got no response, i then went to my credit card statement got the number and called, the woman had the nerve to say thats what you get and if i wanted i could pay another twenty bucks to have a different name ran, so i argued back and forth to which the woman was a bitch and had no morals or ethics and dismissed me like it was nothing to her as long as she gets paid why should she care! For all i know this site is rigged somehow so when you pay the money they have a automatic popup screen stating cannot find info so the can keep luring you in to buy more and more and get nothing. Then maybe they throw in a couple made up or valid records of a person to satisfy a customer so they don't look bad. This company should be thoroughly investigated for fraudulent activity. They totally misrepresent themselves so you think your getting something and never do.
