Elite pc nothing but problems I want my money back

I bid on and received a computer from these people through Onsale.com. First, the power supply died, within 24 hours. They sent a new one, and told me to throw away the defective part, then charged my credit card for it 4 mos. Later.

I have returned the computer to them two more times and it still does not operate. The last time they sent it back to me the hard drive wasflopping around loose in the case! Never bothered to attach it to the mount. As a result, the computer is totally brain dead.

They refuse to return my money, and I do not want a replacement computer from them. I am still under warranty but I feel they have pushed the boundaries of reasonable expectations and I do not want to do business with them.

I just want my money back! I have also cancelled my Onsale.com account
