Blatant Rip-Off!

I registered for 2 years; got no e-mail confirmation after 15 minutes. I tried to send 3 e-mails to the e-mail they provide but got no response.

I also tried calling the telephone number provided but got a voice mail box.

I also tried calling the company ROC Telecommunications, LLC which appears in the bottom of the webpage. I was shocked to hear an automated answering machine which asks you to leave your name and number for a call back response (British accent). I did not bother. Physical address of Roc Telecommunications of (alias Roctel Corporation) is 4 Commercial Street, 6th Floor, Rochester, New York 14614.

Immediately cancelled my credit card within the hour of thorough checking.

My credit card company will attempt to reverse the chages soon as the billing statement comes after contact this merchant to investigate.

I was consoled but worry for other victims.

Lesson learned - always check with consumer complaints.com before you give your credit card information out to purchase anything on-line or by the phone.
