Ripoff fraud misrepresented, no phone or address listed

They advertise 4 free CDs, you only pay shipping. When the CDs come, you find out that only 2 of them are free and the rest they want to charge you for at $25 per CD... And some of their CDs are copies of programs you can get free on the net!!! Then if you dig further, you find out that they plan to send you CDs every month, also at a cost of $25 per. They hide this info very well, don't answer emails right away, don't list any phone or physical address so you can contact them any other way than via the net. This company is a fraud that uses free CDs as a way to get your credit card number so they can continue to send you CDs that you don't order, at inflated prices, and list no way to contact them other than email, which of course they "are too busy to answer" in a timely manner.
