Promotional Rate Ended Without Notice and Cancelled Services Still Billed

Comcast lured us in with a promotional rate and failed to inform us when the non-promotional rate took effect. They said it was good for six months, but would not specify if it was six months from the day of installation, six months from the first of that month, etc. Additionally, when we called to get the services turned off, they took they're sweet time to actually shut the unwanted services off and billed us for it.
