Ripoff, entrapment, harrassment, stealing money from my bank account monthly

I was misled into signing a contract for a so-called "turn-key" website, promised one-on-one assistance, and promised that I would make lots of money. They posted "fake testimonials" and "fake company information" on my webpage. They credit card function has not worked in the entire 3 years.

They had a clause that the contract could be cancelled in 6 months after the start date. I sent documents to them explaining that I was at medically unable to work and could no longer afford the monthly debit they were taking from my checking account. I requested a cancellation and they ignored it and continue to do so today, eventhough they signed my certified mail return receipt card from the USPS.

They are now putting fake 6-digit check numbers through my bank evey month as well as calling me several times daily from a "private" number since I had their 800 number blocked from my telephone due to harrassment. My bank is unable to prevent the checks from going through because they need an actual check number to execute a stop payment.

I'm on social security and my income is limited. Everytime they take money from my account, I have a bill payment returned du to insufficient funds. They're costing me additional fees at my bank as well as tarnishing my reputation. I need help and can't seem to et it from anyone. Please help me get my money back and prevent them from robbing others.
