Counterfeit Site Ripoff

I am very angry and have spent quite amount of time concerning this, so please help me report this bogus website.

First, this site uses a counterfeit interface for it's file sharing P2P network. My guess is that they are linking it directly to the parent network (Limewire). The interface looks identical to that of Limewire except they changed the title and color. Second, I purchased their package thinking I was getting iTunes. When attempting to install iTunes from their website it wouldn't even install.

What really upsets me is that I used the Google search engine to find iTunes and Google placed this site at the top of the list. I can't believe Google isn't checking out these sites. All in all it has cost me $53.00 of which I was also deceived, in that I was only supposed to get a one time charge of $24.99. I suppose that I will never get my money back, however I would greatly appreciate your efforts on reporting and possibly removing these scoundrels.
