Ripoff, scammer, con artist

In November I won an online auction on Ebay for a motorcycle helmet. It was for my son for Christmas to go with his new dirtbike. Her Ebay id is Sheltiesarebest, although she has been suspended. I paid the same day I won and waited the 3 days stated to receive. No helmet. Emailed her several times. She never responded. I also called her home but she never answered and never returned the calls when I left messages. I filed a complaint with Paypal but she didnt have enough funds to cover my refund. She didn't respond to them either. She ripped off about 9 of us on Ebay before they shut her down. Shame on her. Crook!
