I AM ONLY WANTING my 50 bucks back-lots less then anyone else-lol. Or the item given back. They had for same a dvd player stating open box. On their site it stated open box was just that-opened box-BUT NOT USED. Lol yea right! Dvd player and used remote? That does not work-with residue from tape holding the back on... Someone please tell me how to go throught the labbb to get my money back! Thanks
