In October of I purchased a 19" flat panel monitor made by X2GEN from PC Mall. PC Mall had a. Pdf file to download allowing a $75 rebate for the monitor. What a joke! It is now April and no rebate! I have tried calling the phone number on the rebate form and all I get is a voice message stating all voice mail boxes are full!
Next step: State Attorney General's Office of Consumber Fraud.
