Does not honor rebate, claims invalid postmark date, I KNOW postmark date was valid!

Sent in $20 rebate offer and made sure I complied with all the requirements - even the postmark date! Received notification that my rebate was not being honored due to "invalid postmark date". This is absolutely not true; I made sure I sent it in on time.
