I ordered an ASUS A8V Deluxe motherboard from this company. I received an ASUS A8V, which sells for much less, and is totally unsuitable for my application.

Upon notification of their error, they attempted to RMA the item, not refunding my full cost foir their mistake, and trying to charge me a 15% restocking fee.
