Ripoff charge on sbc bill said for 3 months receive walmart card

Checked my SBC bill on line today (3-16-06) and saw a charge from ESBI. Called the 888 number and the girl who answered said I ordered through a survey to receive a free Walmart card. I remember this, but did not authorize it, since I did not finish the survey. They said it was for 3 months then get the card. I don't even know what this company does. I asked to talk with a supervisor, who was rude, but said he would refund the cost. I know now not to do surveys on line.
