Messed up my computer - dont know if they planted abused & mistreated?

Somehow loaded on hd - screwed up many workings - including internet - wonder what their aims are - can understand if they fo not like MS - but I use many MS products - consumer demand!!! Could not even contact gator - until internet use restored after uninstall of gator -?? Whats up?
