CCbill claims you can track any account you open with them by ANY of several methods. Those methods are: 1 subscription number and user name or 2 credit card you used. Therefore if you enter a credit card number all accounts using that credit card should be revealed. Well they were not and so I ended up paying another month for a lousy non updating site and would continue to do so if I had not spotted the withdraw from my bank statement.

When I called to complain I was told there was nothing they could or would do to refund my money. Since some site have reocurring automatic billing and some dont it can be difficult to track unless honest status of your account is posted and you supply the information need by any of the stated methods. Not a try one method then another method cat and mouse game. They were rude and indifferent despite the cute smiling stock photos on there web site. Unbelievable greed is the true company trust. Support better companies that offer an alternative.
